Our Do-It-Together (D-I-T) investing program is the first to blend the skills and expertise of professional investment management with the
capabilities and desires of individual investors. Our program is one of the first to allow you to become an active part of the ongoing investment
selection, execution, and review process. The program provides asset allocation and investment recommendations that individual investors can
implement in their own retirement plan or online trading account.
Cost & Control are the main benefits to the program:
The program was created to give you access to investment professionals at a reasonable cost and empowers investors by giving them the ultimate
control over the recommendations they receive.
After discussing your personal situation, we simply email you when we are initiating the purchase or sale of a particular investment. We tell you
how much to buy or sell along with a preferred price to execute it at. Generally speaking we seek out recognizable companies, with a history of
growing profits and rising dividends. We like to buy stocks trading at a discount to fair market value and hold those shares for their dividend
and potential long-term appreciation. We generaly sell shares when the dividend declines, the fundamentals fail or the price appreciation meets
a client's expectations.
We also understand that while investing in individual stocks may not be appropriate for everyone, everyone should have access to investment
expertise. For these individual, we design personalized portfolios of low-costs exchange-traded funds. Either way, the annual fee for the
D-I-T program is based on the size of the assets we are helping you manage with a minimum fee of $500. To learn more about the program and
to discuss how it can help you contact us by phone or email.
At Wealth & Wellness Group our portfolio design recognizes the importance of balancing long-term investing with current market conditions. At our
core, we believe investors should understand what we are buying for their portfolio, the reason we continue to hold it in their portfolio, and
finally what factors we cause us to sell them. Our disciplined approach is based on these core beliefs and years of experiecne in a variety of
markets conditions.
Buy & Hold Doesn't Always Work
If markets have taught us anything, it's that investments don't only go up. Whether it's a house, car, or business, there's an ideal price to buy
them and sell them... and we feel the same holds true for stocks, mutual funds, and ETF's.
Don't Be Greedy
We believe investing success is achieved through a disciplined approach that takes into account reality. Fact is, no one can predict the future
and no one can pick the perfect top or bottom of a market. Therefore, having a process to take gains as well as buy and hold stocks, bonds, and
other investments offers client's consistent entry and exit points in their portfolios. Put trends in your favor
No Single Best Way To Invest
we believe everyone should have access to investment expertise and should use the investments they are most comfortable with. Our Investment
options include individual stocks and bonds, low cost exchange traded funds, no-load mutual funds, online Bank CDs, master limited partnerships,
options / covered calls. To learn more about the program and to discuss how it can help you contact us by phone or email.
At some point, investors need to turn their life savings into income. That's why we created the Dividend Paycheck: A program that generates
monthly or quarterly income for you to live on in your golden years. The program seeks to generate consistent and, in some cases, rising income
with a mix of high quality dividend paying stocks and high yielding fixed income.
Many clients and professionals are surprised to learn that many blue chip companies pay their dividends at different times, including quarterly
and annually, as well as in different months of the year. By strategically buying stocks with sequential dividend payments investors can generate
consistent income well above current CD rates. Take for example these three companies: Kimberly Clark (KMB); Proctor & Gamble (PG):
& Johnson & Johnson (JNJ).
Assuming each companies maintains their dividend and payment date, combined they provide a monthly paycheck throughout the year.
Obviously, there are some risks associated with individual stocks, however, there are a number of benefits that may include a hedge against
inflation and capital appreciation... not to mention possible estate planning and tax benefits depending on your situation. To learn more about
the program and to discuss how it can help you contact us by phone or email.
